WELCOME!
European Placement Network Germany GmbH (EPN Germany) is made up of a dedicated team who are passionate about providing quality placements and great work abroad experiences for our trainees and partners.
Our organization ensures the operational management of several European exchange and placement programs on behalf of various local authorities as well as various educational institutions and the European Commission.
Through these partners we are responsible for the organization of work placements in companies in Europe.
We also cooperate with various institutions and educational institutions in Europe.
One of the specialities of our company is to work on both the sending of German interns to Europe and the admission of young Europeans to Germany.
The programs we manage concern different target groups:

- Employees
- Students
Our services include various tasks ranging from project planning and development to the management of all logistical aspects of the beneficiaries' stay (language courses, internships in companies, accommodation, administrative procedures, monitoring and follow-up, residence permits, remuneration, cultural activities and much more).
A logistics platform at the service of international trade
As a true logistics platform for international exchange, we have established a reliable network of institutional and private partners throughout Europe. This network enables us to develop qualitative cooperation agreements in the field of employment, education and training.
EPN Germany is member of a group of mobility providers including Apreca (which has been running mobility projects for over 30 years) in France, EPN UK in England (which has been running mobility projects for 9 years) and EPN Suisse in Switzerland.

Our team has a wealth of professional experience in international mobility. We are a vibrant mix with professional backgrounds and studies spanning mobility management, student welfare, and business development.
Having lived, worked and carried out internships in different countries, we also understand first-hand what it means to live and work abroad and bring this expertise with us into our daily work.
Meet our talented team below:
Norbert Gorlt
Norbert is the director and founder of European Placement Network Germany GmbH. Having worked in mobility projects for over 20 years, Norbert is an international mobility expert. He brings an invaluable understanding and knowledge to the table which has allowed our organisation to develop its own unique recipe for success.
As well as being our director, Norbert is also a partner of EU projects, such as MobMan which you can find more information about in our ‘European Projects’ page.
J Christophe Wells
Christophe has been working part-time with the company since 2011. He manages the financial aspects and coordinates European Placement Network’s work on Eramsus+ projects. Chris has an M.Ed in Educational Management. He also works as a lecturer in International Management is an Erasmus+ EPALE Ambassador and also an experienced Erasmus+ Expert.

Anne Dominique
Anne Dominique joined EPN Germany as a "European Mobility Project Manager" in april 2023, since then she has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company.
Chloé
Chloé joined EPN Germany in september 2023 as "European Mobility Project Manager" and has since been instrumental in the growth and development of the company.
