European Placement Network Germany GmbH (EPN Germany) consists of a passionate team devoted to offering our trainees and partners top-quality internships and exceptional work experiences abroad.

A key feature of our company is that we facilitate both the placement of German interns abroad and the reception of young Europeans in Germany.

The programs we manage target a variety of groups:
- School pupils
- Trainees / apprentices
 
EPN Germany is part of a network of mobility providers, including APRECA in Toulouse, EPN UK in Manchester, and MPII in Dublin.

With personal experience abroad, our team is highly familiar with the challenges and planning involved in international mobility. Having lived, worked, studied, or completed internships in several countries, we know firsthand what an international stay entails and apply this insight in our daily work.

Norbert is the Director and Founder of European Placement Network Germany GmbH. With over 30 years of experience in mobility projects, he is an expert in international mobility. His expertise and insight have allowed our organization to develop its own proven approach to success.

Norbert is both our Director and a partner in EU projects, including MobMan. You can find more information about these projects on our “European Projects” page.

Christophe has been with the company part-time since 2011, overseeing financial matters and coordinating the European Placement Network’s Erasmus+ projects. He holds an M.Ed. in Educational Management and also works as a lecturer in International Management. Additionally, he serves as an Erasmus+ EPALE ambassador and is a seasoned Erasmus+ expert.

Anne Dominique joined EPN Germany in April 2023 as a Project Coordinator for European Mobility and has since played a key role in the growth and development of the company.

Nicolas has been working at EPN Germany since March 2024 and is originally from the beautiful city of Leipzig. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Romance Studies at the University of Erfurt. His Master’s program in Intercultural European Studies took him to Clermont-Ferrand, Regensburg, and Madrid.
